As our aging process goes on our body has naturaly reduces the muscle tone and few of the reflexes. Balancing is one of the major part of our daily activities without which any of work will be hampered Most of the falls and accident happens due to imbalance in elderly population. Which is life threatening of disabling for whole life. Balance training included specific set of exercises which helps to improve elderly balance. This include the proprioceptive training, exercises on balance board and lower body strengthening.
