We do provide on field and off field sports injury management. Specific muscle, ligaments and tendon injuries associated with various types of sports and physical activities need proper and focused external management only consuming medicines can reduce the pain and symptoms BUT.. returning to previous activities is much more important in player’s point of view. We have specific physiotherapy protocols for recovering the sports specific injuries. We have treated 100+ athletes and runners for the various types of injuries such as, knee pain associated with ligament sprains or pull, tendinopathy, leg pain or shin splint, recurrent muscle strains, specific sports injuries known as tennis elbow, shoulder subluxation and impingement syndromes, spinal and hip pain. Therapeutic exercises and conditioning plays important role in return to sports specific activities. Balance training, proprioceptive conditioning, strength training, mobility and flexibility training is important part of sports injury management. It takes a couple of weeks to months to cure and heal the athlete to its normal state and make them ready for their next match. We do make use of laser therapy, matrix therapy, dry needling techniques, kinesiology tapping and much more hands on techniques for treating our sportsmen and runners.
